CHANGE OF NAME OF A CHILD

Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated the 13th day of June 2006 and enrolled in the Central Office of the High Court of Justice in Northern Ireland on the 13th day of June 2006, Tomma Elizabeth Stewart as person having parental responsibility on behalf of David Oliver Bradshaw, the child, single and British Citizens, abandoned the surname of Stewart and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Bradshaw.
