The Environmental Noise Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006
The Department of the Environment has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Environmental Noise Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2006.
These Regulations transpose the European Directive 2002/49/EC relating to the assessment and management of environmental noise into the Northern Ireland statute.
The Regulations come into operation on 20 October 2006.
