THE OFFSHORE COMBUSTION INSTALLATIONS (PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF POLLUTION) REGULATIONS 2001

FORM OF PUBLIC NOTICE

In accordance with the requirements of the Offshore Combustion Installations (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Regulations 2001, the operators listed below have applied to the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry for a permit to operate a combustion installation.
