NATIONAL TRUST (NORTHERN IRELAND)

Notice is hereby given that application is being made to Parliament in the present session by the National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty for leave to introduce a Bill under the above name or short title.

On and after 4th December 2006 a copy of the Bill may be inspected and copies of the Bill obtained at the price of 50p at the offices of Johns Elliot, Solicitors, 40 Linenhall Street, Belfast BT2 8BA and at the under-mentioned offices of the Solicitor to the National Trust and of Winckworth Sherwood, Parliamentary Agents.

Objection to the Bill may be made by depositing a Petition against it. If the Bill originates in the House of Commons the latest date for depositing such a Petition in the Private Bill Office of that House will be 30th January 2007. If it originates in the House of Lords the latest date for depositing such a Petition in the Office of the Clerk of the Parliaments in that House will be 6th February 2007.
