Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989. that a meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company will be held as follows:-

Date: 16 January 2007

Venue: 26-28 Bedford Row, London. WC1R 4HE

Time: 1l.00 a.m.

The meeting is convened for the purposes mentioned in Articles 85 to 87 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, namely to consider the Directors’ Statement of Affairs, to appoint a Liquidator, and to establish, if thought fit, a Liquidation committee.

A list of names and addresses of the Company’s Creditors will be available for inspection free of charge at the offices of David Ruben & Partners, 26-28 Bedford Row, London, WC1R 4HE during the two business days preceding the above meeting, between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.

Notice is also given that, for the purpose of voting, Secured Creditors must (unless they surrender their security) lodge at the said Registered Office of the Company before the Meeting, a statement giving particulars of their Security, the date when it was given, and the value at which it is assessed.
