Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated the 19th April 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 15th day of June 2007, Patsy Devine of 8 Parklands, Clooney Road, Londonderry, a Commonwealth Citizen abandoned the surname of Murphy and assumed the surname of Devine and also abandoned the Christian names of Patricia, Margaret, Margureita. and Margarette and assumed the Christian name, first name or forename of Patsy.
