We write to inform you that we act for Shirley Burns as the person having parental responsibility on behalf of Kerry Louise Burns, formerly Kerry Louise Thompson.

Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 17th September 2007, Shirley Burns as the person having parental responsibility on behalf of Kerry Louise Burns, child, single and a Commonwealth citizen abandoned the surname of Thompson and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Burns.
