General import licence AMENDMENT NOTICE

The following licence shall be amended as shown

DARD/GEN/07/15 dated 14 September 2007 for Fresh meat and animal products from Great Britain

Please amend the following titles:

Additional conditions for products listed in Schedule 2 should now read:

Additional conditions for products listed in Schedul 2 of UK origin

Additional conditions for products listed in Schedule 3 should now read:

Additional conditions for products listed in Schedule 3 of UK origin

Additional conditions for products listed in Schedule 4 (composite products) should now read:

Additional conditions for products of UK origin listed in Schedule 4 (composite products)

Additional conditions for tinned food for human consumption should now read:

Additional conditions for tinned food of UK origin for human consumption

Also please amend the following in the schedules

Schedule 1

Meat which has only been smoked, salted, marinated, cured or dried, for human consumption, should now read: Meat of UK origin which has only been smoked, salted, marinated, cured or dried, for human consumption.

Schedule 3

Meat products as defined in Council Directive 92/5/EC which have been heated, should now read: Meat products of UK Origin as defined in Council Directive 92/5/EC which have been heated

Annex A

I certify that the consignment referred to in commercial document number ........................... contains none of the following food items: should now read: I certify that the consignment referred to in commercial document number ...................... contains none of the following food items from the areas listed in Annex I of 2007/554/EC (as amended)

All products in the consignment containing meat (not certified as above) and milk have undergone at least one of the relevant treatments as laid down in 2002/99 (Part 1 of Annex III) should now read: All products in the consignment which have originated from the areas listed in Annex I of the Decision containing meat (not certified as above) and milk have undergone at least one of the relevant treatments as laid down in Directive 2002/99 (Part 1 of Annex III).
