Change of name by deed poll enrolled in central office

Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 18th day of September 2007 and enrolled in the Central Office of the High Court of Justice Northern Ireland on the 30th day of October 2007, Diane Anderson as person having parental responsibility on behalf of Nicole Carole Louise Anderson, the child, single and a Commonwealth citizen, abandoned the surname of Bell and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Anderson.
