NOTICE is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 26 September 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 07 February 2008, Angela Valerie Sterrett as person having parental responsibility for William John Sterrett a child, single and a British Citizen abandoned the surname of Patterson and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Sterrett.
