Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated the 18th day of April 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on the 29th day of April 2008 Eoin Patrick Lambkin of Auld’s Cottages, 17 Ballymacreely, Balloo in the County of Down, Company Director, divorced, formerly known as Owen Patrick Lambkin a Commonwealth Citizen abandoned the Christian name of Owen and assumed the Christian name of Eoin.
