The Plant Health (Amendment No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2008

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 2 and 3 of the Plant Health Act (Northern Ireland) 1967 and paragraph 1A of Schedule 2 to the European Communities Act 1972, has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Plant Health (Amendment No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2008.

This Order was made on 12th November 2008 and will come into operation on 4th December 2008. Copies of the Statutory Rule, S.R. 2008 No. 442 are available from the Stationery Office Bookshop, 16 Arthur Street, Belfast BT1 4GD.
