NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by a Deed Poll dated 12th January, 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 20th March, 2009 Gary O’Connor of 63 Dunkeld Gardens, Belfast, BT14 6ND, single, now or lately called Gary Conor Nolan, a Commonwealth Citizen abandoned the name of Gary Conor Nolan and assumed the name of Gary O’Connor.

This Application has been made notwithstanding the decision of Mr. Justice Vaisey in Re: Parrott, Cox–v–Parrott.
