NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by a Deed Poll Dated 27th November 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 6th May 2009 Gwen Margaret Donnelly of 22 Longfield Heights, Forkhill, Newry, BT35 9PW, married, now or lately called Gwen Margaret Clarke, a Commonwealth Citizen abandoned the surname of Clarke and assumed the surname of Donnelly.
