NOTICE is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 6th April 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 28th May 2009 Jason Lee Heard of 27 Dover Street, Belfast in the County of Antrim, single, a British Citizen abandoned the surname of Heard and assumed in lieu thereof the surname of Rudd.
