Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated the 7th day of April 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland on the 21st day of May 2009, Nicola Diane Morton of 40 Hartmore Gardens, Portadown in the County of Armagh (formerly of 8 Drumannon Park, Portadown) abandoned the former name of Nicola Diane Douglas and assumed the name of Nicola Diane Morton.
