NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by a Deed Poll dated the 6th January 2010 enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature of Northern Ireland on the 12th day of March 2010 James Patrick McGuckin of 9 Moss Road, Ballinderry, County Tyrone, a bachelor and Commonwealth Citizen abandoned the surname of McGuckin and assumed the surname of Conway.
