THE WELFARE OF ANIMALS (2011 ACT) (COMMENCEMENT NO. 3) ORDER (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2012 (S.R. 2012 NO. 386 (C. 36)

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Welfare of Animals (2011 Act) (Commencement No. 3) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012” (S.R. 2012 No. 386 (C. 36), which comes into operation on 1st January 2013.

The Welfare of Animals (2011 Act) (Commencement No. 3) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012 commences certain provisions of the Welfare of Animals (Northern Ireland) Act 2011.
