THE FORESTRY (2010 ACT) (COMMENCEMENT NO. 2) ORDER (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2013

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Forestry (2010 Act) (Commencement No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2013 (S.R. 2013 No. 31 (C. 1)), which will come into operation on 17 March 2013.

The Rule brings into operation section 31 of the Forestry Act (Northern Ireland) 2010 (2010 c. 10 (N.I.), which gives a public right of pedestrian access to forestry land, subject to byelaws.
