Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that each of the following limited partners has transferred their entire interest in Equistone IV Excess Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL9818 (the “Partnership”) as follows:

1. from Arnaud Thomas to Magalip SAS;

2. from Grégoire Châtillon to GCC Invest SAS;

3. from Thomas Grob to Lohizune SAS;

4. from Laurent Chauvois to VLC Investissement SAS;

5. from Thierry Lardinois to Kerlazio SAS;

6. from Grégoire Schulumberger to Pigavi SAS;

7. from Julie Lorin-Dracs to Louis II SAS;

8. from Stanislas Gaillard to Arrakkeen SAS; and

9. from Guillaume Jacqueau to GJ Investissement SAS.

As a result, each of Arnaud Thomas; Grégoire Châtillon, Thomas Grob, Laurent Chauvois; Thierry Lardinois; Grégoire Schulumberger, Julie Lorin-Dracs; Stanislas Gaillard; and Guillaume Jacqueau has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and each of Magalip SAS, GCC Invest SAS, Lohizune SAS, VLC Investissement SAS, Kerlazio SAS, Pigavi SAS, Louis II SAS, Arrakkeen SASD and GJ Investissement SAS has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
