Pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 notice is hereby given that, on 2 January 2014, Skandia Life Insurance Company Limited transferred all of its interest in SEP IV L.P. (the “ Partnership ”), represented by a capital contribution of £250 to a new limited partner, Skandia Mutual Life Insurance Company and then, consequently ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
