Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that pursuant to an assignation of 20th June 2002, David Whittaker transferred to John Nash, Andrew Hayden, Peter Brooks and Ryan Robson in equal proportions all of the interest held by him in NSP Management Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL2619, and David Whittaker ceased to be a limited partner in NSP Management Limited Partnership.
