Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and Rule 4.13(1) of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986, that final meetings of the members of the company and of the creditors of the company will be held at Stannergate House, 41 Dundee Road West, Broughty Ferry, Dundee on 5th August 2002 at 11.00 am and 11.15 am, respectively, for the purpose of receiving an account of the liquidator’s acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding up.

A Member or Creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member or Creditor of the company.
