Notice is hereby given that on 1st July 2002 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Yum UK Limited (SCI91578), craving the Court inter alia that the said Yum UK Limited having its Registered Office at Breckenridge House, 274 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow G2 3EH, be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 1st July 2002 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Sheriff Court House, Carlton Place, Glasgow, within 8 days after such intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
