The Estate of Katherine Stewart, residing at 29 Kirkburn, Inverbervie, DD10 0RS was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Stonehaven Sheriff Court on 28th May 2002 and Graham Cameron Tough. CA MABRP, Martin Aitken & Co, 1 Royal Terrace, Glasgow G3 7NT has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers to Graham Cameron Tough, CA MABRP, Martin Aitken & Co, 1 Royal Terrace, Glasgow G3 7NT.
