Sequestration of the estate of

John Ramsay

The estate of John Ramsay, residing at Caldwell Park, Elsrickle, Biggar, Lanarkshire, a partner in the firm of WM Ramsay Engineers, carrying on business as agricultural engineers at Townfoot, Elsrickle, Biggar, Lanarkshire, as a partner and as an individual was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 27th June 2002 and Stephen Woodhouse, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to James I Smith Esq CA, Smith Inglis & Co, 1 Auchingramont Road, Hamilton ML3 6JP, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Thursday 28th February 2002.
