A Petition was presented to the Court of Session, Edinburgh on 7th June 2002 by J. Stepek Limited (“the Company”) a company incorporated under the Companies Act having its registered office at 69 Bothwell Street, Hamilton, craving the Court inter alia to make an Administration Order in respect of the Company, and to appoint Joint Administrators to the Company, in which Petition Lord Reed by Interlocutor dated 10th July 2002 having considered the Petition and proceedings, no answers having been lodged, made an Administration Order in relation to the said Company and Nominates and Appoints Edward Klempka and Bruce Cartwright, Chartered Accountants, both of Erskine House, 68-73 Queen Street, Edinburgh insolvency practitioners, duly qualified under the Insolvency Act 1986, to be Joint Administrators of the Company, for the purposes specified in section 8(3)(a), (b) and (d) of the said Act, with authority to each of them to exercise all the powers of an administrator independently of the other.
