Notice is hereby given that on 10th July 2002 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Turnhouse Business Equipment Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its Registered Office at The Coach House, Spademill Lane, Aberdeen, AB15 4EZ craving the Court inter alia that the said Turnhouse Business Equipment Limited be wound up by the Court, that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed and in the meantime Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Neil Anthony Armour, Chartered Accountants of KPMG, 37 Albyn Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1JB he appointed as Joint Provisional Liquidators of said Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Aberdeen by Interlocutor of 11th July 2002 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Sheriff Clerk’s Office, Sheriff Court House, Castle Street, Aberdeen within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement; and eo die appointed the said Blair Carnegie Nimmo and Neil Anthony Armour to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the said Company with powers specified in Paragraphs 4 and 5, Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
