The estate of Alexander Baird who resides at East Top Cottage, Overlaw, Dundrennan Kirkcudbright and formerly at 35 Shillinghill, Kirkcudbright was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 11th July 2002 and Stephen Woodhouse, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to John Sharkey Esq CA, Messrs Kenneth A Ross & Sharkey, 8 Bannockburn Place, Kilmarnock KA3 7UL, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Friday 24th May 2002.
