The estate of John Halcrow, 7 Locksley Road, Greenfaulds, Cumbernauld G67 4EW was sequestrated by the sheriff at Airdrie on Thursday 4th July 2002 and Stephen Woodhouse, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Robert C Wallace Esq CA, Messrs Wallace & Co., 110 Cadzow Street, Hamilton ML3 6HP, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Friday 7th June 2002.
