The estate of George Henry William Fidoe, 161 Altyre Avenue, Glenrothes, Fife KY7 4PZ was sequestrated by the sheriff at Kirkcaldy on Friday 5th July 2002 and Stephen Woodhouse, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Annette Menzies MIPA, Kenneth A Ross & Sharkey, 39 Vicar Street, Falkirk FK1 1LL, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Friday 5th July 2002.
