In accordance with paragraph 5 of Schedule 4 to the above Regulations.

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) for a Permit under regulation 7 of the Regulations by North Ayrshire Council in respect of activities being carried out namely landfill in an installation at Shewalton Area 2, Shewalton Road, Irvine, Ayrshire. KA11 5AA.

The application contains a description of any forseeable significant effects of emissions from the installation on the environment.

The application may be inspected, free of charge, at SEPA, 5 Redwood Crescent, Peel Park, East Kilbride, G74 5PP, and at SEPA, 31 Miller Road, Ayr, KA7 2AX during normal office hours.

Written representation concerning this application may be made to the Scottish Environment Protection Agency, 5 Redwood Crescent, Peel Park, East Kilbride. G74 5PP, or sent to e-mail address ppc.applications@sepa.co.uk and if received within 28 days of this Notice, will be taken into consideration in determining the application. Please quote Reference No: PPC/W/20014. Any such representations made by any person will be entered in a public register unless that person requests in writing that they should not be so entered. Where such a request is made, there will be included in the register a statement indicating that representations have been made which have been the subject of such a request.
