Proposed Development at

Orkney Auction Mart, Hatston Industrial Estate, Kirkwall

Notice is hereby given, that an environmental statement has been submitted to the Orkney Islands Council by M T Austin, relating to the planning application in respect of the installation & operation of a livestock module facility at Orkney Auction Mart, Hatston Industrial Estate, Kirkwall, notified to you under article 9(1) of the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Scotland) Order 1992 on 16th August 2002.

A copy of the environmental statement and the associated planning application may be inspected at the address below between the hours of 9am - 1pm Monday & Friday, 1pm - 5pm Tuesday & Thursday and 9am - 1pm & 2pm - 5pm on Wednesdays.

Also at the offices of M T Austin, 1 St Rognvald Street, Kirkwall, Orkney.

During the period of 28 days beginning with the date of this notice.

Copies of the Environmental Statement may be purchased from M T Austin, 1 St Rognvald Street, Kirkwall, Orkney at a cost of £60.00.

Any persons who wishes to make representations to Orkney Islands Council Department of Development & Protective Services about the environmental statement should make them in writing within that period to the Council at School Place, Kirkwall, Orkney.
