The Estate of Richard William Sheaffe-Green, 6 Beech Avenue, Fraserburgh AB43 9TY was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Peterhead on 20th August 2002 and Matthew P Henderson of Grant Thonlton, Chattered Accountants, 1/4 Athon Crescent, Edinburgh EH3 8LQ has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequrstrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named nbove is invited to submit his statemenl of claim in the prescribed fonn, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Interim Trustee.

Any creditor known to the Interim Trustee will be notified of the date, time and place of the statutory meeting of creditors to elect a pennanent trustee. For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequesuation is 20th August 2002
