Notice is hereby given that in an Application to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by WRH Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its Registered Office at care of Express Newspapers, Park House, Park Circus Place, Glasgow in order that their name be restored to the Register of Companies in terms of Section 653(2) of the Companies Act 1985 the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by deliverance dated 4th September 2002 has appointed said Application to be advertised once in each of the Edinburgh Gazette and the Herald Newspapers and ordains any person interested therein to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days of such advertisement, under certification; and notice is hereby given.
