We, David K Hunter and Robert M Dallas of Campbell Dallas, Sherwood House, 7 Glasgow Road, Paisley PA1 3QS, give notice that on 13th September 2002 we were appointed as Joint Receivers of the above company.

The property over which we were appointed as joint receivers is the whole of the company’s property.

In terms of Section 59(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986, we further give notice that preferential creditors are required to lodge their formal claim with us within six months of the date of this advertisement.
