Notice Under Regulation 13

Proposed Development at

LEVENSEAT SILICA SANDSTONE QUARRY,

BY FAULDHOUSE.

Notice is hereby given that an Environmental Statement has been submitted to West Lothian Council by WBB Minerals relating to the review of the old minerals permission at Levenseat Quarry, by Fauldhouse.

A copy of the Environmental Statement and the associated application for the determination of planning conditions may be inspected at all reasonable hours in the register of planning applications kept by West Lothian Council at County Buildings, High Street, Linlithgow and Fauldhouse Library during the period of 28 days beginning with the date of this Notice.

Copies of the Environmental Statement may be purchased from Johnston Poole & Bloomer (Scotland) Limited, 50 Speirs Wharf, Glasgow G4 9OB at a cost of £100.

Any person who wishes to make representations to West Lothian Council about the Environmental Statement should make them in writing within the period of 28 days beginning with the date of this Notice to the Council at County Buildings, High Street, Linlithgow.
