Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that the final Meeting of Creditors of the above named company will be held within the offices at 375 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 4LW on Friday 15th November 2002 at 12 noon for the purpose of having a final account laid before them by the Liquidator, showing the manner in which the winding up of the company has been conducted and the company’s property has been disposed. The meeting will also determine whether the Liquidator should be released in terms of Section 174 of the said Act.
