Proposed Development at

Notice is hereby given that an Environmental Statement has been submitted to North Lanarkshire Council by Aggregate Industries UK Ltd relating to the Extension to the mineral extraction area; extension to the duration of the workings; renewal of planning consents for the operation of the asphalt plant, laboratory and amenity building and the restoration of the site as proposed by planning application N/02/01449/MIN, Kings Quarry, Constarry Road, Croy G65 9HY.
A copy of the Environmental Statement may be inspected at the following locations during the period of 28 days beginning with the date of this Notice:-
