NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 (as amended), that an application has been made to SEPA by Scottish Water for consent to discharge up to 1083 m3 per day of sewage effluent to Abhainn Strath Ascaig at NGR NG 8559 3324 from Achmore WWTW, Achmore, by Kyle of Lochalsh.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Registrar, Scottish Environment Protection Agency, Graesser House, Fodderty Way, Dingwall, IV15 9XB, not later than 24th December 2002 quoting reference WPC/N/0070649.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge at the above address, the Post Office, Lochcarron, Strathcarron, IV54 8YB or at the Post Office, Post Office House. Main Street, Kyle, IV40 8AB, at all reasonable hours.
