Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Eildonbay Limited, incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number SC209367) and having its Registered Office at 29 Waterloo Street, Glasgow, to restore the said Company to the Register of Companies in which Petition by Interlocutor dated 6th November 2002 the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow has appointed all persons having an interest if they intend to show cause why the Prayer of the Petition should not be granted to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days hereof; Of all which intimation is hereby given.
