Notice Under Regulation 13

Proposed development at

Highcraig Quarry, Johnstone

Notice is hereby given that an environmental statement has been submitted to Renfrewshire Council by Tarmac Northern Ltd relating to the application for Determination of planning conditions for rock extraction operations at Highcraig Quarry, Johnstone (under Section 74 and Schedule 9 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997), notified to you under Article 9(1) of the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Scotland) Order 1992 on 21st November 2002.

A copy of the Environmental Statement and the associated application may be inspected at all reasonable hours in the register of planning applications kept by the planning authority for the area at the Department of Planning and Transport HQ, South Building, Cotton Street, Paisley PA1 1LL during the period of 28 days beginning with the date of this notice.

Copies of the Environmental Statement may be purchased from Mason Evans Partnership, The Piazza, 95 Morrison Street, Glasgow G5 8BE at a cost of £65.00 (exc. VAT).

Any persons who wish to make representations to Renfrewshire Council about the environmental statement should make them in writing within that period to the Council at Department of Planning and Transport HQ, South Building, Cotton Street, Paisley, PA1 1LL.
