WRM Logistics Scotland Limited

Notice is hereby given that on 6th December 2002, a Petition was presented to the Court of Session at Edinburgh by James Melville Allison, John Lyon and Graham James Parcell being the directors of WRM Logistics Scotland Limited, craving the court inter alia to make an Administration Order in respect of WRM Logistics Scotland Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 152 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 4TB, in which petition, Lord Drummond Young on 6th December 2002 pronounced the following interlocutor:

The Lord Ordinary, having considered the Petition and having heard Counsel thereon, the caveats having been honoured, Appoints the Petition to be intimated on the Walls in common form; Grants Warrant for service of the Petition as craved, together with a copy of this Interlocutor, upon the parties named and designed in the Schedule annexed thereto; Allows any party claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto, if so advised, within eight days after intimation, and service; Under the provisions of Section 9(4) of the Insolvency Act 1986 Nominates and Appoints John Bruce Cartwright of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Erskine House, 68-73 Queen Street, Edinburgh, Alistair Michael Grove and Robert Jonathon Hunt of PricewaterhouseCoopers, 19 Cornwall Street, Birmingham B3 2DT all Insolvency Practitioners, duly qualified under the Act, to be interim managers of WRM Logistics (Scotland) Limited; Authorises the interim managers to manage the said WRM Logistics (Scotland) Limited for the purposes specified in Section 8(3)(d) of the aforementioned Act, Authorises them (or any of them) to exercise the powers set out in Schedule I of the said Act, in each case until the determination of this application; Appoints the interim managers to, forthwith, give notice of their appointment in the Edinburgh Gazette and Herald newspapers; Finds that any sums payable in respect of debts or liabilities incurred by the interim managers shall be charged on, and paid out of, the property of the said WRM Logistics (Scotland) Limited in priority to any security to which Section 15(1) of the aforesaid Act applies and that, subject to the payment of those debts and liabilities, the remuneration of, and any expenses properly incurred by, the Interim managers shall be charged on and paid out of the said WRM Logistics (Scotland) Limited.
