Craiglich Quarry, Tarland

Notice is hereby given that an Environmental Statement has been submitted to Aberdeenshire Council by Atkins on behalf of Alex Sim Plant Hire Ltd relating to the planning application (reference: S020004MIN) in respect of:

Full Planning Permission for Extraction of Granite, Processing, Stockpiling Material and Recycling of Construction Waste at Craiglich Quarry, Tarland.

A copy of the Environmental Statement and the associated planning application may be inspected during working hours (08.45-17.00) at the Planning and Environmental Services reception, Aberdeenshire Council, Viewmount, Arduthie Road, Stonehaven and also Aboyne Area Office, Bellwood Road, Aboyne, during the period of 28 days beginning with the date of publication of this notice.

Copies of the Environmental Statement may be purchased from Atkins, The Octagon, Pynes Hill Court, Rydon Lane, Exeter, EX2 5SP at a cost of £35.00.

Any person who wishes to make representations to Aberdeenshire Council about the Environmental Statement should make them in writing, within 28 days from the date of this notice, to the Head of Planning and Building Control, Aberdeenshire Council, Viewmount, Arduthie Road, Stonehaven, AB39 2DQ.
