Notice is hereby given that an Environmental Statement has been submitted to Dundee City Council by Keppie Planning Ltd on behalf of Wellbank Developments relating to the following planning application:

 Outline application (Phase 1 and 2) for a mixed development comprising executive housing, class 4 business use, commercial, leisure use, church. playing field, and landscaping at Land at Balmossie Grange to the north of Arbroath Road, Dundee

A copy of the Environmental Statement, non-technical summary and the associated planning application may be inspected at Planning and Transportation Department, Reception, Floor 2, Tayside House, Crichton Street, Dundee DD1 3RB between 8.30am and 4.30pm on Monday to Friday inclusive, except public holidays, during the period of 28 days beginning with the date of this Notice.

Copies of the Environmental Statement may be purchased from Environ UK Limited, 12 Walker Street, Edinburgh, EH3 7LP at a cost of £100. Free non-technical summaries are also available from the Planning and Transportation Reception.

Any person who wishes to make representations to Dundee City Council about the Environmental Statement should make them in writing to the Director of Planning and Transportation, Dundee City Council, Floor 15, Tayside House, Crichton Street, Dundee DD1 3RB within 28 days of the date of publication of this Notice.
