ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 1999

WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT AND ANCILLARY WORKS GRANISH AND DALFABER, AVIEMORE

Notice is hereby given that an Environmental Statement has been submitted to The Highland Council by Scottish Water relating to a planning application for a new wastewater treatment plan at NGR 290351 814672, Granish, Aviemore, and ancillary redevelopment works at the existing wastewater treatment plant site off Cragganmore Road, Aviemore.

Copies of the Environmental Statement, the non technical summary, and the associated planning application may be inspected at all reasonable hours at the Council’s Aviemore Service Point and at its Area Planning and Building Control Office, 100 High Street, Kingussie, during the period of 28 days beginning with the date of publication of this notice. Copies of the Environmental Statement and non technical summary may be purchased from Scottish Water at a cost of £10.00.

Any person who wishes to make representations to the Council about the Environmental Statement should make them in writing to the Area Planning and Building Control Office within the aforementioned 28 day period.
