Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that the final General Meeting of the Members of the above-named company will be held at 4 Wellington Square, Ayr, KA7 1EN on Thursday 27th February 2003 at 10.30am, to be followed at 11.00am by the final Meeting of Creditors, for the purposes of having an account laid before them showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company has been disposed of and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator.
