The estate of Francis Hugh Hurley, 4 Orchard View Drive, Kirkfieldbank, Lanark ML11 9JY trading as Newsroom 98, Unit 22, Argyle Crescent, Hillhouse Industrial Estate, Hamilton was sequestrated by the sheriff at Lanark on Friday 24th January 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trust:ee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to James I Smith Esq CA, Smith Inglis & Co, 1 Auchingramont Road, Hamilton ML3 6JP, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
