The estate of Raymond Perkins, formerly at 16 Birgidale Road, Flat 3/2, Glasgow, G45 9NA and 16 Birgidale Road Flat 2/1, Glasgow and now at 33 Midcroft Avenue, Croftfoot, Glasgow G44 was sequestrated by the sheriff at Glasgow on Monday 27th January 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Kenneth G Le May Esq CA, Suite 412 Baltic Chambers, 50 Wellington Street, Glasgow G2 6HJ, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 24th December 2002.
