The estate of Shakila Khalil aka Shakila Begum, 53 Crammond Place, Perth PH1 3BN a former partner in the now dissolved firm of M Khalil & S Khalil was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 30th January 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Alan B Wright, Dand Carnegie & Co., Stannergate House, 41 Dundee Road West, Dundee DD5 1NB, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 24th December 2002.
